Damaged products resulting from misuse, improper care, or accidents are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Shipping 

For items covered under our defective product warranty, customers may choose to bring the item to our local service center for assessment and repair.

For returns, exchanges, or refunds, we will provide prepaid shipping labels to facilitate the process. Please allow for adequate transit time and note that shipping costs may apply.
